I've been coming here for ages and it's always solid. Their Hokkaido milk tea is very good and sweet. Their popcorn chicken is great too. The ambiance is clean, modern, and open inside. They have cute art decor and a neon sign for pics. They have 2 self order kiosks or you can order at the till. Perfect place to study or hang out with friends.

First time here, but will definitely come back. Vegetarian Review: Hokkaido Milk Tea, easy ice, whole milk, easy sugar. I liked it. It was on the better side- a fair amount of tea flavor, and the milk was just enough. I added pudding as well, which was light and not too sweet. The whole thing was refreshing. Fries: if eaten right away, piping hot, these were great. They're salt and peppered, and super crisp. Parking: easy to find around the corner. Go by on a Thursday afternoon and catch the farmer's market in that area.

my new study spot !!! was recommended by a friend to try this place out and I think I love it. I came in around noon , which was just in time to beat the afternoon rush. there are many outlets along the walls and plenty of seating space which makes this an ideal study spot. however, there is music playing in the background (GOOD music though) so that's something to keep in mind if you prefer quiet study spots. I ordered a hokkaido milk tea upon recommendation from the cashier, Joseph. he was very helpful and seemed very informed about the menu so I decided to give it a go. needless to say, my drink was delicious! there's no doubt that I'll be back to try some more drinks from here.
